Statutory Review

Section 32C obligates the Attorney-General to conduct a review of aspects of the Bail Act. This review must be commenced by March 2026 and completed within a six-month time frame. It must cover the amendments made in March 2024 and some of the amendments which will be introduced through the Youth Justice Act 2024 (Vic).
